Walter Sneyd (1809–1888), of Cheverels, Hertfordshire, disbound and uncut sheets as issued, formerly with H.P. Kraus, Rare Books and Manuscripts, New York, their envelope and label, folio; Sale Catalogue: The Perkins Library. Keene, Printer, Iron Gate, 1879, black-ruled, photographically-illustrated by Richard Keene with 5 Woodburytype plates, extra-illustrated with a carte de visite of Haslem, verso with newspaper cutting of The Haslem Gift to Derby Art Gallery, contemporary green morocco gilt over cloth, some wear, 4to; another copy but in original wrappers, presentation copy from Haslem, disbound, 4to, (4) 

Provenance: 3rd: 1) John Twitchett, former curator of the Royal Crown Derby Museum; his label and loosely-inserted exhibition receipts; 2) The Rowland Williams British Ceramic Library; their label. 4th: E.M. Kidd, noted 19th c Nottingham collector; manuscript presentation inscription, addressed to him from John Haslem, Derby china and enamel painter.
