Prize Models for the Wellington Monument, the report of the judges, 1857, 184-190ff of manuscript on foolscap, 4 pasted illustrations and 1 loose, the record lists ten prize winners, identified by their number and motto only, from which it may be concluded that there were over eighty entries in total, there follows a highly detailed description and critique of the winning and runner-up memorials, taking into account their compatibility with the environment of St Paul's Cathedral, one presumes that none of these entries were adopted, the 7 leaves along with a precis and a slightly later engraving by J.T. Wood of The Wellington Tomb in the Crypt of St. Paul's Cathedral, (8)
