Arthur Hildebrand Ramsden, subsequently Ramsden-Tagore RNVR (1867-1941). According to the Navy List October 1916, he was a Lieutentant in command of the patrol boat ML168.
Ramsden-Tagore's younger daughter married the World War One air ace Philip Fullard, CBE, DSO, MC and bar, AFT (1897-1984).
