An English silver pair cased verge watch, Frans Pinney London, No 8355, with enamelled dial and finely pierced and engraved balance cock and foot, 48mm diam, case maker Samuel Pike, London 1836
Movement in apparently good working order, dial with a few light scratches, filigree hands old replacements, flat centred glass original chipped on bevelled edge at 10 o'clock. Cases in good condition with no play in hinges, wear, holes or repair but typical loss to silver covering the push piece which does not engage when attempting to close
