Provenance: 1) probably Richard Windwood (1609-1688), of Quainton, Buckinghamshire, MP for Windsor during the Long Parliament (1641-1648); indistinct ink manuscript ownership inscription on title-page, dated 1655. 2) possibly Henry Drury (1778-1841), classical scholar, Harrow master, bibliophile and Roxburghe Club member; ffep with dated presentation inscription: To Gell;/from/HD/1813.
