London, R Edwards, 1811. Thick folio, engraved frontispiece, engraved title, and plates, some occasional browning/spotting. Bound in a fine contemporary straight-grained red morocco binding, boards with outer roll borders in gilt and blind, both boards with large gilt arabesques and large central gilt devices incorporating lettering in Hebrew, original fully-gilt spine re-laid and partially repaired, some small areas of wear to boards, rubbed. A still-handsome Regency-period binding despite the professional repairs, and this issue of the Bible published by Edwards is scarce
