The Emperor Phocas (d.610AD) reigned in Constantinople for 8 years. He converted the Parthenon into a Christian temple. His is one of the monuments in the Roman Forum
Much old settled dust; slightly chipped around the slate base, with a few other, smaller 'flea bites'
