A Charles II joined oak box stool, with channelled rails and iron lock plate, on turned legs with stretchers, 41cm h; 35cm x 37cm, on the underside of the lid an old handwritten label and two wax seal impressions, "Box circa 1665 was originally at Haddon Hall" and a dealer's price code
Some damage, one foot incomplete and old replacement
