An English porcelain plate, 1893, painted with wild flowers and autumnal leaves with raised gilt insects, including a spider and web, 23cm diam, signed E Jones and dated 27/10/93 and 23/2/94 and an earlier Royal Worcester plate and teapot stand, similarly painted with heaths or wildflowers (3)
An Ernest Jones is recorded as a boy apprentice at the Worcester factory in 1888 (source Sandon: p.96)
Signed plate in good condition save for some slight wear to the rim. Smaller of the two other items with hairline crack
