An 18th c vellum folio, n.d., re-purposed in the mid-19th c as a drawing-room scrapbook, comprising two naive late 18th/early 19th watercolours of a shooting party, each 19.2 x 29cm, scraps from contemporary Victorian periodicals and chapbooks, including b/w Warren's Humorous Twelfth-Night Characters, coloured Fairburn's Characters: The Bloomer Polka, soldiers in uniform, some caricatures and cartoons, a steam locomotive and coaches, occasional fashion, an occasional lithograph, etc., marbled endpapers, folio (38 x 25.5cm)
