Provenance: Rebecca Dulcibella Orpen was a prolific amateur painter, much of who's extent work remains as Baddesley Clinton, she married Marnion Edward Ferrers (1813-1834), of Baddesley Clinton where they resided with her aunt Lady Chatterton and her husband, E H Dering. Nicknamed 'The Quartet' the two examples were particularly interested in art, history and matters of religion. In superb preservation and apparently complete, all watercolours fresh and unfaded. The binding good and original, say for the detached cover
