Akenhead and Sons; et al., 1807, title-page wood-engraved vignette attributed to Bewick, split, original publisher's boards, perished and exposed spine, split and just holding, uncut, 8vo in 4s, [Wilkes (John)], et al.,  The North Briton, three-volume set, Dublin: s.n., 1764-65, contemporary speckled calf, worn with some losses, split, 12mo, Poole's London Annual Respository, and Ladies Useful Companion for 1833, uninscribed, original crimson roan 'purse' binding, all edges gilt, 8vo, [&] an Arts and Crafts binding, dated 1920only the first two leaves inscribed, contemporary grey morocco gilt, slightly sunned, upper joints with slight insect damage, square 16mo (9.5 x 8.2cm), (7) 
Provenance: 2nd: William St Clair FBA (1937-2021), recto pastedown with his MS ownership inscription. 3rd: John Smith, contemporaneous armorial bookplates to each pastedown.
