The famous Arab horse breeder was the only surviving child of Wilfred Scawen Blunt and his wife Lady Ann Blunt, daughter of William King-Noel, 1st Earl of Lovelace and Byron's daughter Ada Augusta Lovelace nee Leigh. Lady Wentworth was therefore the Poet's great granddaughter.
