Provenance: 1) Lieutenant James Keith Fraser (1832-1895), armorial bookplates to each pastedown. 2) Edward VIII (1893-1972), later the Duke of Windsor, and his wife Wallis, Duchess of Windsor (née Simpson; 1896-1986); sold Sotheby's, September 11-19, 1997, labels to verso of each ffep, loosely-inserted part-lot card, [lot?]  2120/57.
